Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express cards. This is the fastest and easiest way to order. For credit terms, we require company information including bank and trade references. Our terms are net 30 days with a 1-1/2% penality on all overdue invoices. NOTE: We enforce late penalities and require that customers sign our terms form stating that they will comply with all terms and penalities.
Ordering:
All orders must be in written form and signed by Purchasing Agent or authorized Corporate Officer of company placing order. Once we have received a written Purchase Order, Prestar will fax or email confirmation of order within 24 hours.
Shipping:
UPS is our standard method of shipping within the Continental US. Express shipping is available upon request. Commercial carriers will be used when package size or weight dictates. If shipped by truck lines, delivery will be "Freight Collect" unless otherwise specified
Returns:
Please notify us if there is a problem with your order. No returns or credit will be authorized after 30 days from receipt of order.
